I am the Founder of SolvXYZ, a digital solutions platform built to help businesses automate, optimize and scale their operations using practical, real world technology.
With over 17 years at Tata Group, working across Tata Communications and Tata Teleservices, I have led critical operations in Credit Control, Billing, Revenue Assurance, Fraud Prevention and Risk Management for enterprise scale telecom customers.
During my career, I designed and built multiple in house platforms such as DEDUPE IO for fraud prevention and SRT Tracker for SLA and workflow automation, which processed more than 100,000 records per day with over 99 percent accuracy. These systems improved operational efficiency by 40 percent and eliminated dependency on external IT vendors.
SolvXYZ was created to bring this same enterprise grade thinking to small businesses and creators. Instead of selling generic templates, SolvXYZ delivers tools, software and knowledge products that solve real operational problems such as billing errors, data chaos, manual processes, customer verification and revenue leakage.
